Motorola Razr V3

Yesterday I got my new telephone, a Motorola Razr V3. My O2 contract was expired and for the continuation of the contract I was able to choose from a set of phones, including the Razr V3.

The main reason why I chose the Razr V3 was that I wanted a slim foldable mobile phone and I didn't need any special things like UMTS or some other hyped stuff.

Some days before I received my phone I was already looking for newer firmwares for it and found a good site for Motorola Razr phones.

Also a good starting point for everybody who wants to modify his/her Motorola phone is MotoModders.

Because I had some serious problems when flashing my Motorola Razr V3, I advise everybody to read some of the forum threads at MotoModders. Also if you think you have bricked your Razr V3 while flashing (like me, when the phone was continously rebooting) just press # and * when powering on for approx. 1-2 Seconds. This will get you to the bootloader, from which you can reflash your phone over USB.
